Rate 3 also runs from 8pm the day before until 6am the day after: St Patrick's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May Day, Spring and Summer Bank Holidays and the 12th of July, and any other day named a bank holiday by Royal Proclamation. Extra charges allowed: £1 per passenger over four, airport entry fees, and up to £75 for soiling.
